It was a sunny day in May at Nianhua bay, next to the Lingshan Grand Buddha, Hengko stuff went for a 2 day’s team building.

Niahua bay is famous from its Zen culture melted into many of those ancient look buildings, replica from mainly Tang & Song Dynasty, as well as it’s a re-creational park, full of joy, fun, and food.

The name Niahua Bay comes from one of the ancient scroll, smile with a flower in hand, there are also many flower fields, as if back at the tulips fields in Holland.

More than 60 of Hengko stuffs gathered this year from Jiangsu and Zhejiang province, from office, workshop and representatives of factories, we celebrate first 5 employees who have been contributed here for more than 10 years, as well as to meet new colleagues from all over the 2 provinces, with many fun games and tasks together, we searched and brainstormed and ran for the answers all over the park.

All Hengko people were devided into 6 teams, each team about 10 person, and all aiming same tasks, working together to achieve all the fun.

At the end of the game we formed a triditional 18-monks-pose, (with Van Tao in the middle but only 10 person :) , team work makes Hengko, every people from desk to wookworks counts.

The 2^nd day was next to the Tai lake with BBQ, some are vegetarians and most are meat lovers.

In Hengko we believe when diversity and teamwork are common and everywhere, our handicraft blooms with an art incense.
